Server 2000 across the enterprise and taken aim at shortening delivery cycles, reducing costs and improving overall customer service. Today, Solutia’s BizTalk Server 2000 solution is deployed at 18 manufacturing sites around the world, interoperating with more than 65 servers of various platforms that support more than 100 applications, including Solutia’s massive SAP ERP system.
After realizing that it needed to provide customers with reliable and timely information from its manufacturing and distribution centers, Solutia developed enterprise integration solutions with Compaq Global Services and chose BizTalk Server 2000 to deploy business-to-business (B2B) operability and integration with customers, partners and an industrial exchange.
