Siebel 7 allows organizations to manage, synchronize and coordinate all customer touch points across the Web, call center, field sales and service personnel, and partner channels.

Siebel 7, with Smart Web Architecture, integrates with Windows 2000 Server and takes advantage of XML support and other functionality across the Microsoft .NET Enterprise Server platform, including SQL Server 2000, Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server and BizTalk Server 2000. With the comprehensive Microsoft .NET Enterprise Server lineup and Siebel 7’s Enterprise Application Integration features, Siebel 7 easily integrates external business processes across applications.

Siebel 7 offers additional integration points for Microsoft technology, including Active Directory™ service solutions and Internet Information Services (IIS).
