United Nations Development Programme and Microsoft Announce Technology Alliance at Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum

REDMOND, Wash., Jan. 22, 2004 — On Jan. 23, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Microsoft Corp. will announce an agreement to create and implement technology-related projects to aid social and economic growth in developing nations.
