REDMOND, Wash. — December 20, 2006 — Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend is payable March 8, 2007 to shareholders of record on February 15, 2007. The ex-dividend date will be February 13, 2007.
