Luca Callegari ist neuer Leiter Marketing & Operations bei Microsoft Schweiz

Der neue Leiter Marketing & Operations (M&O) von Microsoft Schweiz heisst Luca Callegari. Er übernimmt seine neue Aufgabe am 1. Juli 2016 und berichtet direkt an Country General Manager Marianne Janik.

Microsoft Schweiz ernennt Luca Callegari zum neuen Leiter Marketing & Operations (M&O). Callegari stösst von Microsoft Italien zur Schweizer Länderorganisation und wird per 1. Juli 2016 Einsitz in die Geschäftsleitung nehmen. «Es ist uns eine grosse Freude, mit Luca Callegari einen führungsstarken Marketingprofi im Team zu wissen», sagt Marianne Janik, Country Manager Microsoft Schweiz. «Luca ist mit unseren Technologien bestens vertraut und verfügt über das fachliche und strategische Know-how, um unsere Geschäftsfelder erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln.»

Seine Karriere lancierte Luca Callegari bei Samsung. Im Jahre 2010 stiess er als Leiter der Geschäftseinheit Windows Phone zu Microsoft Italien und wurde 2011 als Marketingstratege für das Mobilfunkgeschäft an den Microsoft-Hauptsitz nach Redmond berufen. Zwei Jahre später kehrte er in die italienische Länderorganisation zurück und übernahm die Rolle als Surface Category Lead. Die letzten beiden Jahre trug er als Marketing Director die Gesamtverantwortung für die Microsoft-Produkte Windows, Office und Surface.

Luca Callegari studierte Betriebswirtschaft an der Università Cattolica in Mailand und absolvierte ein Masterstudium in Finance an der University of California Berkeley. Der gebürtige Italiener ist 41 Jahre alt und Vater zweier Kinder.

Microsoft annonce de nouveaux PC Surface pour entreprises boostés à l’IA

Nous sommes ravis d’annoncer aujourd’hui nos premiers PC Surface boostés à l’IA et pensés exclusivement pour les entreprises : les Surface Pro 10 et Surface Laptop 6, qui seront disponibles à partir d’avril 2024. Ces PC ont été conçus pour intégrer les fonctionnalités demandées par les professionnels : optimisation pour Copilot, une connectique revisitée, un lecteur NFC1, un focus mis sur les performances et la sécurité avec les derniers processeurs Intel Core Ultra et intégrant un NPU (Neural Processor unit ou unité de traitement neuronal) permettant d’alimenter les expériences d’IA (économisant l’usage de la batterie, du CPU et du GPU).
