Microsoft Azure and ExpressRoute

The Microsoft cloud supports a wide range of industry-leading operating systems, languages, tools and frameworks — from Windows to Linux, SQL Server to Oracle and C #to Java. It puts the best of Windows and Linux ecosystems at user’s fingertips, so they can build great applications and services that work with many devices.

Azure is built on the same technologies that millions of customers trust: Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V and others. This means a consistent, familiar and stable environment. Customers can move their virtual machines between NTT Communication’s private cloud and Azure as often as their business needs dictate — no conversion needed. Critical business applications can be protected, with managed cloud backups and Disaster Recovery as a service. With unparalleled computing and storage performance, Azure is the best way to scale applications when sudden, on-demand workload spikes arise.  With Azure’s per-minute billing, customers pay only for what they use, can scale up applications as often as needed and shut down the virtual machines when done.  Azure can handle data-intensive workloads, including SQL Server, SQL Data Warehouse, Oracle databases, NoSQL databases and SAP Applications.

The integrated tools, pre-built templates and managed services make it easier to build and manage enterprise, mobile, Web and Internet of Things (IoT) apps faster, using familiar skills and technologies. Microsoft is also the only vendor positioned as a Leader across Gartner’s Magic Quadrants for Cloud Iaas, Application Paas and Cloud Storage Services, for a second consecutive year.
