PALO ALTO, Calif., Nov 16, 1998 — Hewlett-Packard Company today announced that its HP Vectra Corporate PCs, HP Kayak PC Workstations, HP Brio PCs and HP OmniBook notebook PCs are Windows 2000 ready. Support for the Windows 2000 ready PC program, combined with the diverse range of HP corporate PCs, ensures that HP customers will benefit from increased functionality on Windows 2000 – this includes 64 bit performance, reduced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and robust PC security.
