Microsoft Wins Technical Support Alliance Network’s 1999 Award For Excellent Multivendor Support

REDMOND, Wash., June 28, 1999 — Microsoft Corp. today announced that its Product Support Services won the Technical Support Alliance Network’s (TSANet’s) Best of the Best award for its support in multivendor environments and for contributions to the alliance. TSANet’s charter is to facilitate the exchange of information between vendors to solve mutual customer problems that span multiple hardware and software systems in a timely manner. As a longtime TSANet member, Microsoft is committed to open standards in the support industry and is dedicated to working directly with other vendors to resolve important customer issues.

More than 100 hardware, software and related companies are members of TSANet. Each year at the TSANet international member meeting, three member companies are recognized for their outstanding efforts on behalf of TSANet and their proactive pursuit of multivendor support. This year’s awards were presented at the 1999 TSANet International member meeting held last month in Scottsdale, Ariz.
