Microsoft Announces Customer Relationship Management Roadshow

REDMOND, Wash., March 6, 2000 — Microsoft Corp. today announced it will begin a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Conference roadshow on March 14, 2000. The 10-city nationwide tour is designed to present business decision-makers and IT professionals with the framework they need to interact more effectively with their customers now and in the future. Microsoft and its key software and services partners will demonstrate how they are leveraging the Windows® 2000 operating system, Microsoft SQL Server TM and other core Windows DNA platform technologies to help businesses gain competitive advantage through better customer relationships.

With a keynote presentation by analysts from the Patricia Seybold Group, the conference series will feature speakers from Aspect Communications, Clarify, GoldMine Software Corp., Lucent Technologies, Octane Software Inc., Onyx Software Corp., Pivotal Corp., SalesLogix, Siebel Systems Inc. and Quintus Corp. A vendor solutions exposition will feature demonstrations and speakers from leading software vendors, system integrators and solution providers.
