“Access Hollywood” and “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” Take Acts Online at MSN

REDMOND, Wash., and NEW YORK, Feb. 4, 2002 — The MSN® network of Internet services and NBC today announced plans to deliver exclusive NBC entertainment Web sites for the popular television programs
“Access Hollywood”
and
“The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.”
Starting today, fans of
“Access Hollywood”
can turn to http://accesshollywood.msn.com/ to experience the energy and excitement from daily broadcasts while they catch up on the latest in celebrity and artist news. The official Web site of
“The Tonight Show”
will be available on MSN this spring.

The
“Access Hollywood”
Web site will offer users unique features, such as an official Access Hollywood community where users can log on and chat with other fans of the show, as well as online polls about the broadcast. The site also will include music videos, movie trailers, hourly headlines in entertainment news and a scoreboard to measure the popularity of movies, TV programs, music videos, CDs and DVDs.

As part of the agreement, MSN and NBC will leverage the strength of their brands to co-promote the Web sites. Links to the sites will be placed on the MSN network in the United States, and during broadcasts of
“Access Hollywood”
and
“The Tonight Show”
viewers will be reminded to turn to the online destination for a closer look at show happenings, behind-the-scenes information, show schedules and more.
