City of San Jose to Announce Launch of Gardner Computer Learning Center, With Support From San Jose Redevelopment Agency and Microsoft

SAN JOSE, Calif., July 8, 2002 — The City of San Jose-Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS), the San Jose Redevelopment Agency and Microsoft Corp. will hold a press conference on Wednesday, July 10, to announce the opening of the new Computer Learning Center (CLC) at San Jose’s Gardner Community Center. The opening of this computer center is part of ongoing commitments by the San Jose Redevelopment Agency and Microsoft to help community citizens of all ages realize their potential through technology access and training.
