REDMOND, Wash., March 23, 2005 — Microsoft Corp. today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share. The dividend is payable June 9, 2005, to shareholders of record on May 18, 2005. The ex-dividend date will be May 16, 2005.
