REDMOND, Wash. — September 12, 2007 — Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, reflecting a one cent increase over the previous quarter’s dividend. The dividend is payable December 13, 2007 to shareholders of record on November 15, 2007. The ex-dividend date will be November 13, 2007.
