BRUSSELS, Belgium — Sept. 17, 2007 — Microsoft Corp. General Counsel Brad Smith will hold a press conference today in Brussels, Belgium, to discuss the European Court of First Instance’s judgment on Microsoft’s appeal of the European Commission’s March 2004 decision.
Smith will make brief remarks followed by a questions-and-answers session for those attending in person.
