Free in August: ‘Crackdown,’ ‘Dead Rising 2’ and ‘Dead Rising 2: Case Zero’ for Xbox Live Gold members

“Crackdown” pushes the action genre to new levels with a 3D-persistent playground, innovative co-op gameplay and an extensive prop interaction system. It will be free starting Thursday, through Aug. 15. Then, starting Aug. 16, both “Dead Rising 2”and “Dead Rising 2: Case Zero,” the predecessors to “Dead Rising 3,” will be available for free until the end of month to Xbox Live Gold members.

What if you were getting married, and one of your most cherished guests might not be able to see it happen? Unfortunately, Michaela Murphy and her fiancé Gregg had to face that very situation. Not too long ago, being able to fulfill that wish might have been impossible – or been incredibly challenging, to say the least.
