REDMOND, Wash. — Jun. 10, 2014 — Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share. The dividend is payable Sept. 11, 2014 to shareholders of record on Aug. 21, 2014. The ex-dividend date will be Aug. 19, 2014.
