As Country General Manager of Microsoft Philippines, Caroline leads the business at a pivotal moment for AI and cloud adoption in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-moving digital economies. Her focus is on helping organizations across the country move from experimenting with AI to relying on it, supported by secure and well-governed foundations, responsible adoption practices, and skilling that widens access to the growth AI creates.

Caroline brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, spanning sales leadership, go-to-market strategy, and customer and partner experience across Asia Pacific. Most recently she served as Enterprise Commercial Director for ASEAN, leading sales and technical teams across the region’s diverse and highly regulated markets. Earlier at Microsoft she led Modern Work solution sales for Asia Pacific, headed Customer and Partner Experience for the region, and drove enterprise product marketing for Microsoft 365 across Asia Pacific.

Before rejoining Microsoft, Caroline held senior roles at EMC, Samsung Electronics and Cisco Systems, and began her career at IBM Singapore. Across those roles she has worked closely with customers in the public sector, financial services and education, giving her a broad view of how technology decisions play out in the industries that matter most to Southeast Asian economies.

Caroline is a strong advocate for talent development and inclusive leadership, and has built and led high-performing teams across multiple markets throughout her career.

Caroline graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Marketing. She also holds an Executive Certificate in Directorship from the Singapore Institute of Directors and Singapore Management University.
