As General Manager for the strategic partnerships team, Jeyan Jeevaratnam is responsible for Microsoft’s digital transformation sales and technical teams in Asia. He oversees and partners with the company’s largest global and strategic customers on their digital journeys to drive business value outcomes through use of technology.
Jeevaratnam has more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector and brings his passion for digital transformation through his collaboration with customers and partners on their journey to the cloud. He also works closely with Microsoft’s enterprise leads across the region to ensure the company’s priorities in each market are being addressed.
Prior to joining Microsoft in 2018, Jeevaratnam held several key leadership appointments in Avanade, AT&T and IBM across USA, Europe, Asia, and Australia. He last served as the Global Sales Leader & Corporate Vice President at Avanade where he led the global sales transformation process and implementation of the go-to-market sales model for the company in North America, Europe, and other growth markets, including ASEAN, Australia, Brazil, China, Japan, and South Africa.
Jeevaratnam graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a First Class Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. He also received a Master of Engineering Science, Management, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
