Ji Eun Lee has been the CEO of Microsoft Korea since April 2020. As an industry expert with more than 30 years of experience in management, consulting and IT, she originally joined Microsoft Korea in 2017 to lead the Global Enterprise Division.

In her leadership role, Lee oversees the corporate strategy and operations of Microsoft Korea. Lee partners with Korean companies across industries to introduce the latest IT technologies such as Cloud and AI to empower them to achieve more. She has built strong senior-level relationships with enterprise businesses and customers and cooperated closely with leading companies. In an era of Intelligent Cloud and the Intelligent Edge, Lee focuses on helping customers, partners and the industry maximize the benefits of technology and drive their digital transformation with Microsoft’s global network.

Prior to Microsoft, Lee was part of Accenture for 25 years in the fields of Media, High Tech, Supply Chain and Talent and Organization Design Practices, along with a focus on consulting services for global electronics companies and digital businesses. Most recently, she was a Digital Group Lead for Accenture Korea, with a mission to set up a new digital practice and deliver new types of digital business. In that leadership role, she helped transform the Accenture Korea business from a traditional consulting/SI business provider to a digital-led service provider.
