At Microsoft, Sherie is responsible for building relationships and enabling the digital transformation journeys for the public sector in Asia Pacific. This includes service providers and associations across industries like healthcare and educational institutions and government bodies. Her role covers Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, New Zealand and the nine countries in the Southeast Asia New Markets (Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos).
Prior to Microsoft, Sherie was the managing director for NICE in Asia-Pacific, where she helped large enterprises embrace digital innovation for business breakthroughs with robotics, analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and smart data. Her previous experiences include leadership roles at Invensys, Singtel, CSG and Lucent Technologies.
Sherie has more than 22 years of experience in the information technology sector and is passionate about technology’s role in enabling societal shifts. She understands that governments as well as healthcare and educational institutions play a key role in paving the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which provides sustainable development for our societies.
Sherie did her undergraduate degree in business at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and has completed the INSEAD Global CEO Forum leadership Program. She is actively involved in her community services associations. Sherie and her family enjoy adventure sports and adrenalin inducing activities.
