Grzegorz Aleksandrowicz
Chief Financial Officer
Grzegorz Aleksandrowicz ist seit Februar 2025 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) von Microsoft Österreich.
Er verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre internationale Erfahrung bei Microsoft, die verschiedene Regionen und Geschäftsbereiche umfasst. Grzegorz kam 2013 als Enterprise Controller zu Microsoft Österreich. Anschließend hatte er mehrere Führungspositionen im Finanzbereich des Consumer Business in der DACH-Region inne, bevor er an den Microsoft-Hauptsitz in Redmond, Washington (USA) wechselte, wo er als HQ Profit & Loss (P&L) Controller tätig war. Vor seiner Ernennung zum CFO war Grzegorz als Devices Partner Solutions Finance Lead für Windows EMEA in Wien tätig und unterstützte strategische Partner-Ökosysteme in der gesamten Region.
Bevor er zu Microsoft kam, arbeitete Grzegorz bei Accenture in Polen, wo er zuletzt die Position des General Ledger Team Lead für EMEA innehatte. Seine berufliche Laufbahn begann er in Österreich in der Pharmaindustrie bei Roche in Wien. Grzegorz besitzt einen Masterabschluss in Finanzwesen und Management von der Lazarski Universität in Warschau (Polen) und absolvierte ein Studium an der Philipps-Universität Marburg (Deutschland).
Grzegorz Aleksandrowicz has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Microsoft Austria since February 2025.
He brings over 20 years of international experience at Microsoft, spanning multiple geographies and business segments. Grzegorz joined Microsoft Austria in 2013 as an Enterprise Controller. He subsequently held several finance leadership roles within the Consumer Business across the DACH region, before moving to Microsoft’s Corporate headquarters in Redmond, Washington (USA), where he worked as a HQ Profit & Loss (P&L) Controller. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Grzegorz served as Devices Partner Solutions Finance Lead for Windows EMEA, based in Vienna, supporting strategic partner ecosystems across the region.
Before joining Microsoft, Grzegorz worked at Accenture in Poland, where he most recently held the role of General Ledger Team Lead for EMEA. He began his professional career in Austria in the pharmaceutical industry at Roche in Vienna. Grzegorz holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Management from Lazarski University in Warsaw (Poland) and completed academic studies at Philipps University of Marburg (Germany).
