Klubschule Migros is the educational center for adults in Switzerland. In Lucerne alone, 10,000 people attend courses at three locations. To meet dynamic market conditions, the Lucerne-based organization has undergone major changes in recent years.
However, the shift to an agile organization required the right tools. «And Microsoft provided us with the tools for this transformation,» says Michael Achermann, Head of Klubschule Migros Luzern.
