Halter relies on Dynamics 365 for its construction and real estate services

Active in the real estate market since 1918, Halter is now one of the leading companies for construction and real estate services in Switzerland. In doing so, Halter accompanies the entire life cycle of buildings: from development, visualization and execution to marketing, sale as well as renovation.

Halter’s corporate culture is characterized by values such as entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainability – the basis of their agile organization. “Accordingly, we also expect agility from our partners and tools, which is the case with Microsoft,” says Marc Funcek, Head of IT at Halter.

At Halter, customer relationship management (CRM) and customer engagement runs on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform – both of which have recently been running on Microsoft’s Swiss data centers. “As a Swiss company, it is important for us to source solutions and services here in Switzerland. Switzerland is also considered a safe haven for data. That’s why we opted for local data storage,” Funcek said. “The technological drive, integration possibilities and synergies across the entire cloud platform are further reasons why we choose Microsoft.”

In particular, the Microsoft partner ecosystem helps Halter focus on its core business. The company also sees the cloud as an opportunity to initiate process changes in the interests of end customers, with reduced complexity and increased efficiency thanks to the Microsoft solutions used.
