Mohamad Ali Mahfouz

Seit Juli 2025 ist Mohamad Ali Mahfouz Area Services Lead für Microsoft Schweiz und Mitglied des Schweizer Führungsteams. In dieser Funktion verantwortet Mahfouz die Leitung der Services-Strategie des Unternehmens auf dem Schweizer Markt mit Fokus auf die Beschleunigung der KI-Transformation, die Vertiefung von Kundenpartnerschaften und das Vorantreiben des kommerziellen Cloud-Wachstums. Mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung bei Microsoft hat er Führungspositionen in den Bereichen Engineering, Azure Sales, Consulting und Enterprise Sales innegehabt, zuletzt als Data and AI Sales Lead für Microsoft Schweiz.  Mahfouz hat einen Master-Abschluss in Informatik und Ingenieurwesen von der University of Washington, einen Executive MBA in Management und Corporate Finance von der HEC Lausanne sowie einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik von der American University of Beirut. 

Depuis juillet 2025, Mohamad Ali Mahfouz est Area Services Lead pour Microsoft Suisse et membre de l’équipe de direction suisse. Dans ce rôle, Mahfouz est chargé de diriger la stratégie de services de l’entreprise sur le marché suisse, en mettant l’accent sur l’accélération de la transformation par l’IA, l’approfondissement des partenariats clients et la croissance du cloud commercial. Fort de plus de 20 ans d’expérience chez Microsoft, il a occupé des postes de direction dans les domaines de l’ingénierie, des ventes Azure, du conseil et des ventes entreprises, plus récemment en tant que Data and AI Sales Lead pour Microsoft Suisse. Mahfouz est titulaire d’un master en informatique et ingénierie de l’Université de Washington, d’un Executive MBA en management et finance d’entreprise de HEC Lausanne et d’une licence en informatique de l’Université américaine de Beyrouth. 

Since July 2025, Mohamad Ali Mahfouz is Area Services Lead for Microsoft Switzerland and member of the Swiss leadership team. In this role, Mahfouz is responsible for leading the company’s services strategy across the Swiss market, with a focus on accelerating AI transformation, deepening customer partnerships and driving commercial cloud growth. With over 20 years at Microsoft, he has held leadership roles across engineering, Azure sales, consulting, and enterprise sales, most recently serving as Data and AI Sales Lead for Microsoft Switzerland.  Mahfouz holds a master’s degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Washington, an executive MBA in management and corporate finance from HEC Lausanne, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the American University of Beirut.
