In her position, Caruana oversees external and internal communications as well as thought leadership positioning in Switzerland. Caruana joined Microsoft from Clariant, where she most recently served as Media Relations and Social Media Manager. During her time there, she led international media engagement and executive positioning. Earlier in her career, she also worked as a journalist and radio reporter. Prior to Clariant, Caruana held various PR and communications roles across the pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors. Caruana holds a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in philosophy with marketing from University College London.
