Roger Altorfer

Roger Altorfer leitet die Customer Success Unit (CSU) von Microsoft Schweiz. Er hat die Rolle im Oktober 2018 übernommen. Zuvor war Altorfer Director Enterprise Services bei Microsoft Schweiz. Davor war er in verschiedenen Führungspositionen bei IBM Global Business Services tätig, unter anderem als Leiter des Bereichs Financial Services in der Schweiz und Österreich sowie bei der Clariden Leu Bank, wo er für zahlreiche grosse IT- und Business-Transformationsprojekte verantwortlich war. Altorfer besitzt einen Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance der Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften.

Auparavant, il a occupé divers postes de direction chez IBM Global Business Services, notamment en dirigeant la division des services financiers en Suisse et en Autriche ainsi que la banque Clariden Leu, où il était responsable de nombreux grands projets de transformation informatique et commerciale. Altorfer est titulaire d’un Bachelor of Business Administration en banque et finance de l’Université des sciences appliquées de Zurich.

Roger Altorfer leads the Customer Success Unit for Microsoft Switzerland. He assumed the role in October 2018. Previously, Altorfer was Director Enterprise Services at Microsoft Switzerland. Prior to that, he held various management positions at IBM Global Business Services, including leading the Financial Services division in Switzerland and Austria as well as Clariden Leu Bank, where he was responsible for numerous large IT and business transformation projects. Altorfer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
