Shipra Singh ist seit September 2022 Head of Human Resources bei Microsoft Schweiz und Österreich. Singh hat über 21 Jahre Erfahrung in der Personalführung in verschiedenen Branchen und Organisationen. Bevor sie zu Microsoft Schweiz kam, war Singh 5 Jahre lang als Human Resources und Talent Development Director für Microsoft in Indien tätig. Vor ihrer Tätigkeit bei Microsoft hatte Singh verschiedene Positionen mit zunehmender Verantwortung bei Unternehmen wie Standard Chartered Bank, Motorola und GE inne, wo sie strategische Personal- und Kulturveränderungen vorantrieb und umsetzte. Singh hat einen MBA in Human Resources von XLRI Jamshedpur.

Avant de rejoindre Microsoft Suisse, Singh a passé 5 ans en tant que directrice des ressources humaines et du développement des talents pour Microsoft en Inde. Avant de rejoindre Microsoft, Singh a occupé différents postes à responsabilité croissante dans des entreprises telles que Standard Chartered Bank, Motorola et GE, où elle a conduit et mis en œuvre des parcours stratégiques de transformation des personnes et de la culture. Singh est titulaire d’un MBA en ressources humaines de XLRI Jamshedpur.

Shipra Singh is Head of Human Resources at Microsoft Switzerland and Austria since September 2022. Singh has over 21 years of experience in Human Resources leadership across different industries and organizations. Prior to joining Microsoft Switzerland, Singh has spent 5 years as the Human Resources and Talent Development Director for Microsoft in India. Prior to Microsoft, Singh held various roles of increasing responsibility with companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, Motorola, and GE, driving and implementing strategic people and culture transformation journeys. Singh holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.
