SYDNEY – October 19, 2018 – Enterprise software provider Intelledox has announced Infiniti Accelerate, an AI infused solution designed to help companies and government agencies speed up the cumbersome, time-consuming process of transforming libraries of static PDF and paper forms into digital intelligence collections.

Build on Microsoft AI services and delivered through the Microsoft Azure cloud the new Intelledox Infiniti Accelerate module pulls in PDF forms, analyses their data fields and structure, and then automatically recreates them in web- and mobile-optimised digital formats, with no need for IT programming.

Eliminating the need for manual paper work means digital forms and associated workflows can be created up to 87 percent faster. Built in machine learning ensures that the Infiniti Accelerate module continually improves itself; the more it’s used the smarter it gets.

The Canberra-based firm now has operations and clients all over the world for its Infiniti platform which offers modules tackling adaptive design; mobility; analytics; workflow; communications; and now AI. The addition of the first AI module will be a game changer for many businesses according to Michelle Melbourne, Intelledox co-founder and executive director.

She says many organisations are struggling to bring together their physical paper-based and digital data collections in order to be able to comply with rapid regulatory change and meet shifting consumer expectation.

Infiniti Accelerate has been designed to accelerate the digitisation of paper documents – an important building block in workflow and content automation which helps speed reporting and compliance.

It’s also a critical enabler of enhanced customer experiences.

According to Melbourne; “We are using data and knowledge to actually provide a ‘wow’ customer experience. Some of our customers have achieved an 80 percent straight-through process rate. Our new AI engine allows our customers to radically improve the front-end experience.”

There are also profound efficiency dividends to be reaped. Melbourne says that an Australian life insurance firm which is using Infiniti to process around 15,000 claims to-date has been able to improve its turnaround time, by 40 percent, and reduce paperwork by 67 percent.

The AI infused Infiniti Accelerate module means; “They can take all their legacy forms and their Word macros and their PDF forms and run them through this AI engine and pop out the other side with ready-to-go digital experiences.”

Eliminating paper shuffling is also proving an advantage for firms looking to recruit talented staff, as they are no longer being put off by the prospect of spending big chunks of their days as glorified filing clerks. Instead Infiniti Accelerate means they have access to a comprehensive digital data collection and rich workflow management solution allowing them to perform higher order, and more rewarding, tasks.

Infiniti Accelerate has use cases in:

  • Banking: New account opening, loan origination, customer servicing
  • Insurance: New policy applications, enrolment and claims forms, provider onboarding
  • Government: Citizen applications and service requests
  • Education: Student applications, student servicing
  • Health: Pre-admissions processes, treatment plans, physician credentialing forms

Developed in .NET and running on Microsoft Azure, Intelledox developers are able to take full advantage of Azure cognitive services to infuse the platform with artificial intelligence.

According to Melbourne; “Our AI engine is an accelerator to help our customers to succeed at this digital transformation journey that they’re all on. It’s going to give them the competitive edge to help them retain and attract new customers. It’s going to give them the competitive edge to overcome their legacy that is slowing them down or holding them back from achieving this new digital existence that everybody now needs.”
