Executive Biographies

Aditi leads our People organisation in Australia and New Zealand, responsible for the full spectrum of people strategy across two of Microsoft’s most dynamic markets, from HR business partnering and talent to leadership development, organisational design, and culture and inclusion. She partners closely with business leaders to align our workforce capabilities with Microsoft’s mission to empower every person and every organisation on the planet to achieve more. 

Aditi brings more than 15 years of HR leadership across Asia Pacific, spanning HR business partnering, talent strategy and executive coaching. She joins Microsoft from Booking.com, where she spent a decade, most recently as HR Head for Asia Pacific, leading the people agenda across 17 countries and guiding the region through significant growth and transformation. Earlier in her tenure there, she established and led the People function for Booking Holdings’ new Tech Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru, building the team and operating model to scale the site. 

Before Booking.com, Aditi led Talent Management and Location Strategy at ZALORA (Rocket Internet), where she built the group’s first talent management centre of excellence. Across her career she has developed a versatile portfolio spanning start-ups, manufacturing, technology and travel. She brings deep expertise in aligning people strategy with business goals, cultivating cultures built on trust and growth, fostering inclusive workplaces, and guiding teams through transformational change. 

Aditi has lived and worked across India, Singapore and Australia, bringing genuine cross-cultural fluency to her leadership across the Asia Pacific region.
