Dan Chamberlain is the Communications Director for Microsoft in Australia and New Zealand, responsible for building and enhancing the company’s local reputation. Dan leads a team to deliver impactful storytelling that inspires and builds trust with enterprises, governments, and consumers. Prior to Microsoft he led the international communications campaigns and operations for AWS, where he drove proactive strategies across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and Canada.

Before AWS, Dan held senior roles at the NBN Co, CSIRO, and leading communications agencies, where he built and led teams, managed complex issues and crisis communications, and delivered award-winning campaigns that shifted brand reputation and drove business outcomes. His work has been recognised with multiple industry awards, including PRovoke’s Top 25 Media Innovators in APAC and Best B2B, Technology, and Media Relations Campaigns at the PR Asia Awards.
