Duncan Taylor
General Manager, Enterprise Commercial
Duncan Taylor is General Manager, Enterprise Commercial at Microsoft Australia and New Zealand, leading teams that help organisations accelerate digital transformation, strengthen cyber resilience, and realise value from AI.
With more than 15 years at Microsoft, Duncan has held several senior leadership roles across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Most recently, he led Microsoft’s Financial Services Industry business across ANZ, partnering with banking, insurance, wealth management, and superannuation organizations on large-scale transformation initiatives. He has also led Microsoft’s consulting business across ANZ and helped establish Microsoft’s first cloud sales team in the UK.
Before joining Microsoft, Duncan held sales and leadership roles with British Telecom and Telstra. He is passionate about customer success and building partnerships that deliver positive economic and social outcomes across the region.
Duncan holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Sydney and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
