Lindy Dang

Chief of Staff, Microsoft ANZ

As Chief of Staff, Lindy plays a pivotal role in advancing the Microsoft ANZ vision and business strategy. Since joining Microsoft in 2019 as Finance Lead for the Australian Enterprise Services business, Lindy has led numerous transformation programs across Microsoft’s Services, Enterprise Commercial, and Customer Success teams.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Lindy spent nearly 12 years at KPMG in both Australia and the UK, working with enterprise clients across various industry segments to strengthen their governance and risk management practices and deliver on their most critical business priorities. Lindy has also held senior roles at the Australia Council for the Arts (now Creative Australia), working on major policy reform, and as an outsourced CFO for various social enterprises with Matrix on Board (now Accounting for Good).

Lindy currently sits on the Board of Performing Lines, where she also serves as Chair of the Finance, Risk, and Audit Committee.
