Liz Fitch
Head of Corporate, External and Legal Affairs
Liz Fitch leads Microsoft’s Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA) function across Australia and New Zealand. She joined Microsoft in 2024 as Head of Government Affairs, and she works with governments, regulators, industry and community stakeholders on the technology, economic and societal issues shaping the region’s future.
Before joining Microsoft, Liz held senior roles across government, industry and the not-for-profit sector, including as Media Director to the Prime Minister of Australia. Her experience spans public policy, strategic communications, advocacy and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on economic reform, innovation and social policy.
Liz holds a degree in Coaching Science from the University of Canberra and is based in Sydney.
