Vicki Batka is a highly respected technology and channel leadership executive with more than 30 years of experience across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. She joined Microsoft as Chief Partner Officer for Australia and New Zealand, bringing a strong track record in building high‑performing partner ecosystems and driving growth in complex markets.

Throughout her career, Vicki has led partner and channel organisations for some of the world’s leading technology companies, including Adobe, CA Technologies, VMware, SAP, and most notably Cisco, where she served as Vice President of the Partner Organisation for APJ after previously leading datacentre and virtualisation for the region. In these roles, she leveraged decades of expertise to strengthen partnerships, champion partner advocacy, and support thousands of organisations across the region.

Before joining Microsoft, Vicki held senior roles at Trellix and LinkedIn, continuing her commitment to shaping thriving partner communities and supporting digital transformation initiatives. Known for her collaborative leadership style, deep channel insight, and passion for partnership‑led success, Vicki is now focused on empowering Microsoft’s A/NZ partner ecosystem to innovate, grow, and deliver meaningful impact for customers.
