Zoe McBride
Director, Human Resources, ANZ
Appointed in April 2023, Zoe joined the Microsoft Australia and New Zealand Leadership Team in the role of Human Resources Director. Zoe works with senior leaders to help them realise their best potential through leadership effectiveness and coaching, organisational development and strategic talent planning. Underpinning all of this is a strong focus on cultural transformation and the D&I agenda. Zoe leads a team that partners closely with colleagues to develop and drive the people strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
Zoe has spent the past 10 years at Microsoft in in a variety of Human Resources roles including Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnership not only in Australia and New Zealand, but throughout Asia (India, Japan, GCR, SE Asia and Korea) as well as the United States. Prior to Microsoft, Zoe worked across multiple industries both in the UK and Australia in various talent leadership roles.
Zoe believes in transformation through creativity, courage and purpose led teams. Zoe is based near Brisbane with her husband and two children. In her spare time loves to be in the ocean as often as possible.
