To celebrate the official launch of Surface Pro 4 in Hong Kong, Microsoft is offering a special pre-order promotion to its valued customers. Upon purchase of a Surface Pro 4 with Surface Pro 4 Type Cover during the above period, customers will receive a complimentary limited edition Surface X Moleskine® Laptop Pouch while stock lasts! Surface Pro 4 was first announced on 6 October in New York, unveiling a new era of Windows 10 devices, which continue to build momentum with the 110 million devices around the world now running Windows 10. Offer: Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Pre-order Offer (“Surface X Moleskine® Laptop Pouch”)
- Customers who pre-order any model of Microsoft Surface Pro 4 together with a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Cover (“Eligible Products”) in the same transaction from resellers as designated by Microsoft HK (“Authorized resellers”) or the official Microsoft Hong Kong Online Store (“MSHK Store”) during the Promotion Period are eligible to redeem one (1) “Surface X Moleskine® Laptop Pouch”(“Promotional Gift”) while stock lasts (Stocks are limited to 1,000 units in total under this Promotion, to be shared amongst all Authorized resellers and MSHK Store participating in this Promotion. Stocks available to each Authorized reseller and to MSHK Store may vary. Please check with the relevant Authorized reseller(s) and/or MSHK Store on stock availability, and the Authorized resellers and MSHK Store will make Promotional Gifts available to their customers for redemption on a first-come-first-served basis).
- A customer may only redeem one set of Promotional Gift for the purchase of each set of Eligible Products, up to a maximum of three sets of Promotional Gifts per single invoice, irrespective of the value or number of Eligible Products purchased.
- Customers must complete and confirm pre-order of the Eligible Products from an Authorized reseller or from MSHK Store during the Promotion Period. Please note that Eligible Products will only be made available to the customers by the Authorized resellers and/or MSHK Store on or after 19 November 2015 (depending on the stock level of the Eligible Products of such store). Customers will receive the Promotional Gift from the Authorised reseller or MSHK Store at the time of receiving the Eligible Products or after (depending on the stock level of the Promotional Gift of such store). Any Promotional Gifts not redeemed and collected by the customers on or before 31 December 2015 will be deemed to be forfeited.
- Customer must provide the original purchase invoice bearing the date of purchase of the Eligible Products to redeem the Promotional Gift. Representatives of Authorized resellers and MSHK Store, as the case may be, may verify the eligibility of the customer. The invoice may be stamped to verify redemption of the Promotional Gift.
- This Promotion is only open to corporate entities in Hong Kong and Hong Kong residents of at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase of the Eligible Products under this Promotion. To avoid any doubt, resellers, distributors, dealers or agents of Microsoft HK are not entitled to participate in this Promotion.
- In the event that the Promotional Gifts are not available for any reason, Microsoft HK may, but will not be obligated to, supply alternative gifts, but shall not be liable for any failure to do so. Cash, refund or credit alternatives to Promotional Gifts will not be offered in exchange.
- If the customer cancels the pre-order or fails to complete the purchase transaction of the Eligible Products, he/she will not be eligible to the Promotional Gift under his Promotion.
- The offers under this Promotion are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other Microsoft HK promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash, spending credit or other gifts.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotional Gifts are not for resale. In the event a customer engages in the resale of a Promotional Gift or any other illegal, invalid, fictitious, or improper acts to redeem a Promotional Gift, Microsoft HK reserves the right to decline the redemption or to demand face value of the redeemed Promotional Gift from the customer.
- Microsoft HK is not liable for, and does not provide any warranties in relation to, the quality, fitness for purpose, performance, use and/or redemption of the Promotional Gifts. Any enquiries relating thereto should be directed to the manufacturer of the Promotional Gifts. The use or redemption of the Promotional Gift is subject to the Terms and Conditions associated with the Promotional Gift. Customers agree that Microsoft HK will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or personal injury resulting from the use or redemption of the Promotional Gifts.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Microsoft HK shall not be liable if the Authorized resellers do not inform the customers about details of this Promotion nor shall it be liable for any acts or omissions by the Authorized resellers.
- Microsoft HK will have the final discretion on all matters concerning this Promotion, including its terms and conditions and offers, and to vary and/or discontinue any offer with prior notice. In case of any dispute, Microsoft HK reserves the right to make all final decisions.
- Microsoft HK’s Privacy Policy located at http://www.microsoft.com/privacystatement/en-hk/core/default.aspx will apply to this Promotion and to all personal information that it receives from a customer’s participation in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, customers expressly agree that they have reviewed and accept Microsoft HK’s Privacy Policy. Personal data provided by customers to Microsoft HK is collected for the purpose of administering this Promotion. In addition, customers expressly agree and allow Microsoft HK to transfer the personal data provided to such third parties authorized by Microsoft HK for the purposes of administering this Promotion.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be replaced with terms and conditions that most closely match the intent of Microsoft HK and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement with customers in relation to this Promotion and they shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Customers and Microsoft HK agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong SAR courts to resolve any disputes relating to them.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
