Lesley is appointed as Head of Human Resources of Microsoft Hong Kong. She oversees the day-to-day operations of all people-related programs as well as formulate Hong Kong‘s human resources strategies and people priorities in support of business growth and reinforcing Microsoft branding on the talent market. Through modern human resources operation model, this role empowers employees, supports transformational leadership, and drives an evolving culture through a growth mindset in Microsoft Hong Kong. |
| Before taking up this role, Lesley was the Senior Human Resources Manager of Microsoft China, responsible for HR partnership with business segments, driving HR agenda to achieve people priorities and talent strategies. Before that, she worked as an experienced HR Business Partners across different industries including Internet & High-Tech, E-Commerce, Power, and Machinery. She has built solid skills in human resources full functions of multinational companies across the Greater China Region. In her role, she has demonstrated professionalism in improving organization effectiveness, and developing leadership capabilities.
Lesley holds a Master of International Employment Relations and Human Resources Management at London School of Economics and Political Science. She also received a Bachelor degree from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, majoring in Public Administration. |
