Director, Customer Success, Microsoft Hong Kong

Kenneth Yiu As the director for Customer Success at Microsoft Hong Kong and Macau, he leads a team of Cloud Solution Architects, Customer Engineers, Customer Success Account Managers and Customer Success Managers. Together as a united team, they are responsible for bringing a connected customer experience to Microsoft Hong Kong and Macau’s enterprise customers, from the technical pre-sales, the consumption project delivery to support of Microsoft’s 3 Cloud platforms.
With a strong believe that our customers’ success is our success, customer centricity is the core value of the Customer Success team. They strive to provide customers with the latest knowledge in cloud technology, support high service availability, modernize customers’ environments with agility, as well as transform customers’ businesses to empower their growth.

Prior to this role, Kenneth was the director of Enterprise Services at Microsoft Hong Kong, overseeing the entire Microsoft services business unit for Hong Kong and Macau. His main responsibilities included managing business unit P&L, formulating business strategies, leading a diverse group of services sales, engineers, consultants, technical architects and support professionals dedicated to delivering on Microsoft’s mission of empowering businesses to do more and achieve more in a mobile-first, cloud-first world, as well as maintaining high levels of satisfaction among our enterprise customers and partners.

Kenneth is a seasoned executive who has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry across various regions including Central and Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and the Middle East/Africa. In particular, he has extensive experience in overseeing services businesses. Kenneth came from Hewlett Packard Enterprise where he was the director and general manager of Technology Services for Hong Kong and Macau. Before  that, he worked at IBM for about 14 years and held various leadership roles within services organizations including the executive of Global Sales for Technical Support Services Asia Pacific and the executive of Software Support Services for Technical Support Services Growth Market.

Kenneth graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
