Serena Cheung

Director, Public Sector Group (PSG), Microsoft Hong Kong

Serena Cheung is the Director of Public Sector Group at Microsoft Hong Kong. She is responsible for managing Microsoft’s relationship with the government, as well as customers from the education and healthcare sectors. While being the Lead of Greater Bay Area, she also develops and grows cross-border partner and start-up eco-system, especially business across different industries such as retail, property development, finance sector and healthcare.
Prior to her current role, Serena was the Director of One Commercial Partner and Small, Medium and Corporate Customers, overseeing partner strategy and driving sales and marketing solutions for small to medium business customers so as to meet their unique business needs.

Serena held various leading roles across different functions. She started her career at Microsoft Partner Strategy and Program Lead in 2006, after that she took up the Sales Lead role as the Sales Director of Partner and Corporate Customers, overseeing the end-to-end process, from internal sellers to solutions and license partners in the transformation to cloud and mobility.

Before joining Microsoft, she was with Lenovo as Director of Brand, Product and Marketing. Serena has a Bachelor of Arts, major in History from the University of Hong Kong. She was the Chairlady of the Student Association of St John’s College at the University of Hong Kong.
