As Head of Customer Success at Microsoft Hong Kong and Macau, Forest leads a team of Cloud Solution Architects and Customer Success Account Managers. With a strong belief that our customers’ success is our success, the team helps customers adopt the latest cloud and AI capabilities, improve the availability and security of their IT infrastructure, enhance employee productivity through modern work, and reimagine user experiences with AI-powered business solutions—enabling continuous innovation and frontier transformation.
Forest is a seasoned technology leader with nearly three decades of industry experience and deep expertise across telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, and logistics. Passionate about cloud computing since 2008, he began leading customers’ cloud transformation journeys in 2013 and continues to help organizations advance into the AI and agentic era at top global cloud providers. From Beijing to Hong Kong, Forest works with customers ranging from large enterprises to digital natives, public sector to startups. He remains focused on emerging frontiers including AI, robotics, metaverse, Web3 and beyond.
Forest holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Xidian University (Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology).
