EFY Times: Microsoft launches Azure authenticator app for Android devices

Microsoft Workplace Join support has been extended by the technology giant for Android OS-based devices. An updated authentication application has been announced for Android devices which provides trusted access to an enterprise’s insider apps. Android device users can now build such relationships via an Azure Authenticator app, which is available at Google Play Store.

Notion Ink, in collaboration with Microsoft and Intel, had recently launched a 2-in-1 device called Cain 10 and an 8-inch tablet called Cain 8. Notion Ink is now expanding its product offering on Flipkart to reach out to a wider audience and provide faster delivery services to its customers. Cain 10 is a Windows 8.1 based 2in1, featuring 10inch IPS display with 1280×800 resolution, scratch resistant glass, an Intel Atom Quad-core processor Z3735F and 2GB DDR3L RAM.

Mobile technology startup AppVirality has raised an undisclosed amount from prominent angel investors. AppVirality helps developers identify and implement the right growth techniques without having to code, and was accelerated in one of the recent batches of Microsoft Ventures Accelerator in Bengaluru. “The world is amidst a massive shift in mobile space and we are happy to see one of our portfolio companies leading this change,” Ravi Narayan, Director, Microsoft Ventures India.
