As the leader for Microsoft’s Cloud Solutions in India, Dhanniya Venkatasalapathy is responsible for empowering Cloud Adoption and Digital Transformation by engaging with customers and partners to envision and architect their digital growth strategy.

She leads a team of Cloud Specialists & Technical Evangelists with diverse capabilities across Microsoft’s six Solution Areas: Azure Infrastructure, Data & AI, Azure Applications, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Security Solutions, as well as Lifetime Support Offerings. Additionally, she heads the India Microsoft Technology Center, an experience center that provides customers access to innovative technologies and world-class expertise.

A Microsoft veteran for over 14 years, Dhanniya has held a variety of roles across Enterprise Commercial and Public Sector, focusing on Business management, Partner Marketing, Channel Management, Operations and New business initiatives. She has won numerous awards at Microsoft such as “Circle of Excellence” and Best People Manager award in each of the “Model, Coach, Care” categories.  Having worked with organizations such as NIIT, Computer Associates, Satyam, and Microsoft, she brings over 27 years of proven expertise in building teams with a learning culture, ability to create clarity amidst ambiguity, strong execution rigor and creating an atmosphere to collaborate for success.
