Mayank Wadhwa is the interim leader of the Global Delivery Center, Industry Solutions Delivery since September 2023. In this role, he leads a team with best-in-class technical expertise responsible for providing customer innovation and delivery excellence. He also manages the partner ecosystem to deliver outcomes to customers with speed & scale industrial delivery.

He brings over two decades of experience in the technology, consulting, and outsourcing sectors across organizations like Accenture and Tata Consultancy Services.

Mayank’s journey at Microsoft began in March 2022, when he assumed the role of Client Delivery Partner. In this capacity, he integrated business development, delivery, and technical solutions as the Industry Solutions Executive Sponsor for a significant strategic customer.

In November 2022, Mayank moved to the role of area leader for Industry Solutions Delivery for Western Europe, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Here, he spearheaded digital transformation and cultivated industry expertise across several European countries.

Mayank’s mantra for everything he does is “We are all capable of infinitely more than we think” – (Centaur, Declan Murphy), which closely aligns to Microsoft’s mission “To empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.”

Academically, Mayank completed Oxford University’s Business Economics Program, holds a Master’s in Finance and Marketing from MDI, and is a Delhi University graduate.

Outside of work, Mayank cherishes time with his family – his wife Shraddha, their 12-year-old son Aayush and a 3-year-old Labrador dog Logan. As a family, they love to travel and going for long dog-walks. In his spare ‘me’ time (when he gets any) Mayank loves to cycle, both long-distance outdoor and indoor Peloton workouts.
