Mithun Sundar presently serves as the Chief Partner Officer for Microsoft, India. Under his leadership, the Global Partner Services team is responsible for helping partners in India unlock the power of Microsoft Cloud to drive digital transformation, business growth and profitability, and ultimately, customer success. 

He has been with Microsoft India for over 2 years donning different hats in his prior roles first leading Transformation for Microsoft India and then leading our business with Manufacturing, Conglomerates & Strategic Growth Partnerships. Before joining Microsoft, he served in multiple leadership roles in different organizations, including as the CEO of Lendingkart (one of the faster growing fintech firms in India), Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer at Myntra (India’s leading fashion e-commerce player), and Chief Strategy Officer for PepsiCo’s South Asia business. He has also worked at McKinsey & Co. across several geographies including the US, Brazil, China, Southeast Asia and India, and at Unilever in sales and brand management.    

Mithun has been featured in The Economic Times’ 40 under 40 list of India’s high-impact business leaders. He is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher having completed the Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training Certification. He holds a B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering from I.I.T. Madras and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
