Navtez leads the Government, Public Sector and Education business for Microsoft in India. Navtez is passionate about supporting the digital transformation journeys of the public and education sectors and is involved in helping the government build national data platforms to drive both governance and citizen services for the nation. 

Prior to joining Microsoft in 2020, Navtez was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, New Delhi. He has worked across sectors like Industrials (metals & mining, power, chemicals, oil & gas), Technology and Infrastructure on areas spanning digital transformation, business building and strategy to drive both business impact and build institutional capability.  

Navtez has deep experience in driving tech-enabled core operations services like capex, supply chain and logistics, procurement, manufacturing, service operations etc. across industries. 

He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering.
