Parul Gupta anchors the HR function for the customer and partner solutions organization in India. She is focused on building a diverse and inclusive workplace where one can bring their authentic self to work and there is space and grace for plurality of thought.

Parul has been with Microsoft for about 10 years. She brings with her over 25 years of HR experience working with companies like GE, Alcatel-Lucent, SABMiller and Ballarpur Industries. She brings to this role a breadth of experiences spanning across Organization Design, Mergers & Acquisitions, Integration, HR Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and HR Operations.

Parul holds an undergraduate degree in Business Studies and an MBA from MDI Gurgaon.
