Rachna leads Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS). MCS works with its customers to modernize and digitally transform their business, which could include transforming customer experience, employee engagement, operations or building new products.

Rachna joined Microsoft in 2018, as the India Strategy and Transformation leader which is Microsoft’s journey to ‘Hit Refresh’ and to ‘Empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more’.

Before joining Microsoft, she’s been a Partner with PwC and then KPMG’s Consulting Practice where she worked with clients to help transform their business using digital & technology.

To her credit, Rachna has a couple of notable achievements which include helping two steel giants to collaborate and launch one of the first reverse auction platform, help a PE launch radio cab service in India, help a O&G company to Digitally manage logistic in a gas field, land the PPP for inter-state movement of commercial vehicles etc. During her tenure at Microsoft, she has helped a niche CPAAS organization the first of its kind blockchain based trusted platform called ‘Wisely’ and a NBFC launch an e-health platform.

She is extremely passionate about taking ideas to opportunities and has set up multiple businesses in her career. She has also led large transformational initiatives for her customers and for companies she has been associated with. She has also been part of teams that have created global methodologies and frameworks for Program & Project Execution and Leadership. She is and avid reader and has contributed to multiple journals and papers.
