Rekha Anil is the Worldwide Leader for Developer Support business and the India Site leader for CE&S.

Rekha comes with a rich experience in the Power Management, Automotive, Precision Manufacturing & Aerospace industries, primarily in the disciplines of Control Systems Engineering, Hardware & Software Development, Product Design & Innovation and Program Management.

Until recently, she was working with Eaton as Vice President, Technology, heading the India Innovation Center which housed around 2,000 engineers; driving innovation and new product development. Prior to Eaton, she was Director (R&D) at Schneider-Electric. In the past, she has served Honeywell, GE and Bosch.

Rekha has won several industry innovation awards. An avid reader and a speaker, she has delivered talks at NASA, IEEE and PMI. She has a keen interest in spirituality and management; some of her talks at NASA and other industry forums have been exclusively on these subjects.
