Sonali is the general manager and country head for BFSI, as well as a member of the Senior Leadership Team for Microsoft India and South Asia. At Microsoft, Sonali spearheads initiatives to unlock business value for the Financial Services industry through Cloud and AI-led transformation programs. With over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services domain in India, ASEAN and the Middle East region, she has worked across consulting, technology services, and industry with organizations such as Accenture, EY, and GE Capital. Sonali has a proven track record of driving profitable business growth, creating value for clients, and building exceptional teams. She has led strategic initiatives relevant to the board, such as digital transformation and data and AI programs, to deliver business outcomes for her clients.

Before joining Microsoft, Sonali led Accenture’s BFSI business and managed the Private Equity portfolio for India.
