MSN now available in Hindi

For nearly two decades, Microsoft’s news and entertainment portal MSN has been a compelling destination for millions of Indians.

Now we have partnered with some of India’s leading publishers to launch another great free-to-access web service in Hindi, covering news, sports, entertainment, lifestyle, astrology, motoring and weather at www.msn.com/hi-in.

Almost 536 million (73%) of India’s total Internet population in 2021 is expected to be non-English speaking. Even today, Hindi constitutes nearly 50 percent of the vernacular internet audience in India.

Content for MSN Hindi comes from prestigious media brands like Dainik Jagran, Dainik Bhaskar, Hindustan, Aaj Tak, NDTV India, BBC Hindi, Sportskeeda and Money Bhaskar, among others. And the content is hand-picked and curated by editors, so MSN delivers the best content in work safe and brand safe environment.

Users will be able to stay connected to MSN Hindi on desktop, mobile, Microsoft Edge browser on Windows 10 and MSN News app. There is also integrated access to popular sites like Facebook and Twitter, as well as Microsoft services like Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, and Skype.

“MSN now offers the Hindi-speaking population, in India and around the world, the same world-class content and information experience that English-speaking audiences have enjoyed for years,” said Darren Laybourn, Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Information and Content Experiences. “We’re thrilled to give hundreds of millions of Hindi speakers access to our wide array of premium worldwide content partners.”

MSN is available in 26 languages and in over 50 countries across the world. With an audience of more than 450 million users, MSN brings real value to readers, advertisers and partners.
